Visa Application Process

Step 1: Determine the Appropriate Visa Type

Choose the visa that best matches the purpose of your visit:

Schengen Tourist Visa – for tourism, visiting family or friends, etc.

Business Visa – for attending meetings, conferences, or other business-related activities.


Step 2: Understand the Required Documents

Familiarize yourself with the documents typically required for your visa type. Our team will guide you through the necessary documents upon consultation.



Step 3: Schedule an Appointment

Book an appointment with the designated Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate.



Step 4: Complete the Application & Gather Documents

Fill out the visa application form accurately. Based on your travel purpose, we will assist you in organizing and preparing the necessary supporting documents to ensure your application is complete.



Step 5: Attend Your Appointment

Arrive on time at the Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate. Submit your application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph), and pay the applicable visa fee.



Step 6: Track Your Application

Monitor the status of your application online using the tracking system. You’ll need your application reference number and date of birth.



Step 7: Receive Your Passport

Once processing is complete, collect your passport in person or opt for courier delivery (if available). If your visa is approved, verify that all details on the visa sticker are correct.



Step 8: Prepare for Travel

When traveling to France, carry all necessary documents with you. Border officers may request proof of accommodation, a return ticket, and evidence of sufficient financial means.
