Built atop the Mtatsminda Plateau, the funicular ride up to the Mount Mtasminda gives the spectacular views of the capital city, Tbilisi. Reaching there on the hill mount, there is the Funicular Complex with some great restaurants which serve traditional Georgian food and drink.
