Frequently asked questions

• Q.What is our Hajj program?

  Our group will be departed on 13^th August and return on 1^th September. We will stay 14 nights in Makkah (Including Hajj days) and 4 nights in Madinah. Please expect 1 or 2 days flexibility according to the flights.

• Q.What are the inclusions in the package?

  • Hajj visa

  • All Flight tickets

  • Accomodation

  • Transportation

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • Laundry

  Note: Please note that availability of food and transportation during the hajj days is managed by the respective Moalim office and might not be perfect due to large no: of people. Although every efforts are being made by the ministry of Hajj to manage it to the best, there would still be gaps which we might need to foresee.

• Q.What are the documents required for Hajj visa processing?

  • Original passport. Must be valid 6 months from June 2018, No handwritten passports or manual validity extended passports accepted)

  • 6 Photos in white background, 4x6 cm.

  • Original Hajj Vaccination certificate.(This can be taken from your nearby hospital)

  • NOC letter from you to carry the passport for stamping purpose. (format will be shared with you)

• Q.What are the exclusions in the package?

  • All your personal expenses during package periode.

  • expenses of pre-arrangements of visa stamping (Eg, photo, vaccination, etc)

  • Expenses of hajj related items (Eg, Travel bag, Hajj cloths, medicines, Namaz mat etc…)

  • Qurbani/Udhiya: fee 500 riyals (This can paid at bank during hajj period, or handover to Moallim)

  • Transportation (from your hotel to haram and wise versa) during non hajj days

  • All your other expense except we mentioned our package

• Q.When would I require to handover the passport?

  Ideally the visa stamping process would take only 2 days maximum. But since we have a group of people, we would require all hajis to provide their respective passport minimum 10 days prior to visa stamping so that we make sure that all documents are ready and there are no further hurdles for the trip. The dates for visa stamping would be communicated one month prior to departure.

• Q.What is type of accommodation that you provide?

  3* accomodation in Makkah and 4* in Madinah.(Names of the hotels will be published after Ramadan). Please note that the accommodation during the Hajj days (i.e. Dhu al Hajjah 8th to 12th) is provided by the respective Moalim office as per availability from the ministry of Hajj. FYI, there is no pre-booking of tents and other facilities available here and it is decided by ministry of Hajj based on certain criteria which they follow. Normally a hotel room accommodates 4 people and camps in Mina accommodate 15-20 people

• Q.What are the payment terms?

  60% advance at the time of booking the seats and 40% when we required your passport for stamping.

• Q.Can we change the date of travel?

  The date cannot be changed as we are traveling with the group and it is important to stick to the group till we finish the Hajj. There is a possibility of changing the return potion if your moallim allows it, however it is not guaranteed.

• Q.What is our baggage allowance in flights?

  Baggage policy will be declared upon ticket delivery (Minimum 30 kg is allowed). You can carry 5 liter zamzam water also.
