Visa Application Process
Step 1: Choose the Right Visa Type
Choose the correct visa type depending on your purpose of visit.
Step 2: Create an Online Account
Go to Immigration Online and create a RealMe account
Step 3: Prepare Your Documents
Our team will guide you through the necessary documents upon consultation.
Step 4: Fill in the Visa Application Form
Log in to Immigration Online. Fill out the visa application form accurately. Upload the supporting documents.
Step 5: Pay the Visa Fee
Pay online via credit/debit card.
Step 6: Submit and Track Application
After payment, submit the application.
You will get a confirmation email and a reference number.
You can track progress via your Immigration Online account.
Step 7: Wait for Decision
Usual processing time for Visitor Visas: 15–30 working days.
If additional information is needed, you will be notified.
Step 8: Receive Visa
If approved, you’ll get an eVisa by email.
Carry a copy when traveling to New Zealand.

If you wear eyeglasses: Make sure your eyes show clearly through the lenses, with no reflected light
